Welcome to our Camping, golfing, and fishing hide-away! We are located one hour north of Dallas Texas, easy to get to, come be amazed and enjoy the quiet comfort of being secluded in the middle of no-where, but close to everything. We are only 5 miles from town (Bonham). Beautiful view of trees and lots of water. Come enjoy a night or two and play a round of golf and fish our small lake that is full of Big Mouth Bass that will for sure test your fishing line! We have a two-man boat ready with trolling motor ready for you! Also have a kayak ready for the water as well!
Our golf course does not have your traditional greens, but if you enjoy the game, you will enjoy our course! Get with 2 feet of the flag, inside the white circle and you're in! Also available to rent out separate is our 2023 Tahoe 2150 boat. It seats 12 people and is ready for the water, included is a tube and tow rope. We have a lake nearby. Our RV has all the comforts of home, power, water, electricity, A/C, heat, a stove and oven and Microwave. We have a gas grill out-side ready to use, and out-side tables and chairs. A fire pit with firewood stacked nearby. The golf course and golfcart is included in the stay. If the course is muddy, no access to the golfcart.
The RV can sleep up to 5 comfortably with one queen been a fold out couch and a small mattress on the floor.
*Note- Bring towels for the shower. All toilet paper and wipes going into trash can, we will keep $300 safety deposit if found in the plumbing holding tank or any damage to RV or property!
